Frequently Asked Questions
Max continuous load: 4800W. We recommend ≤4000W for safe use. Peak 200A only for short moment.
Use dedicated lithium battery charger. Cut-off voltage set to 54.75V. DO NOT use lead-acid charger.
BMS protection activated (over-current, low voltage, overheat). Disconnect load and rest 10–30 mins for recovery.
Only identical, same-age batteries can be paralleled. Mixing different batteries is forbidden.
Keep 50%–70% charge. Recharge every 3 months. Store in dry, ventilated place.
ABS case is dustproof, NOT waterproof. Avoid continuous rain or immersion. Use extra waterproof cabinet for outdoor installation.
